NEW CROATIAN H&S REQUIREMENTS

Hi everybody, the Croatian ministry of H&S regarding the foreign workers in Croatia says the following points: 

It is stated that medical check and training done in other countries in EU are valid in Croatia they just have to be translated in Croatian language BUT

·         All foreign workers are required to have one document named “Zapisnik o praktičnoj osposobljenosti” but to get this there is no requirement for any test or any lecture. It is simplified.

·         all foreign workers are required to have general Anti fire training (this is not regulated with the H&S Law but with a Law regarding the fire prevention where it is stated that each worker (foreign or local) must have this training for firefighting prevention)
